Information We May Share With Others
A.
Marketing Our Services: All of the information we collect, as
described herein, may be disclosed to companies that perform marketing
services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom
we have joint marketing agreements. We may engage in these activities
in order to offer additional services or products that may be of interest
to you.
The
companies with whom we contract to provide you with financial products
or services, either on our behalf, or jointly with us, are each required
to keep your nonpublic personal information confidential, using it
only to offer you such additional products or services. They are not
authorized to use this information for any other purpose.

Only As Permitted By Law: Other than for the limited purpose of
marketing our own products and services to you or marketing a financial
product or service to be jointly offered by us and another company/financial
institution, we will not disclose any nonpublic personal information
about you to a third party whether an affiliate or a non-affiliate
- other than as permitted by law. For example, we may disclose any
of the information we collect, as described above, to complete a transaction
you request such as providing pay-off information when you want to
satisfy a loan with us or forwarding information to an insurance company
if you have requested credit life or accident and health coverage
as an optional feature of a loan from us.
By
law we are also permitted to disclose information: to companies that
perform services on our behalf such as in the servicing of your loan
or in preparing and sending periodic statements of your accounts;
to credit reporting agencies; and to others when you request or authorize
us to share information about you. We may also share such information
in response to a subpoena or other form of legal process; to protect
you, ourselves or other Customers such as in connection with a fraud
investigation; to perfect our security interest in your collateral
such as by recording a mortgage; and otherwise as permitted or required
by law.

Visiting Our Website: We dont collect personal information
about you just because you visited our website. Something called a
cookie allows us to know that someone has visited our
website and what portions of it were viewed. A cookie will not identify
the visitor and is not used to collect personal information.

Other Factors Affecting Your Privacy: Some of the personal information
which we have about you in our records may also be known to others
or may even be a matter of public record, available to all. For example,
if you have a mortgage loan with us your name, address, the initial
amount of your loan, and the terms of the mortgage, is a matter of
public record. Although we will only share nonpublic personal information
about you on the limited basis described above, we can not protect
you from the actions others may take when that information is also
made available to them.

We Protect Your Information: We restrict access to nonpublic personal
information about you to those employees and agents who need to know
that information and which allows us to provide products and services
to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards
that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal
information.

Former Customers: If you have closed your deposit, loan or other
accounts with us and no longer have any relationship with us, we will
still continue to apply our privacy policy, as set forth in this Notice,
subject to future revisions, to our former Customers.

Affiliates: We may add to or change the members of our corporate
family from time to time.

Amendments: This Notice discloses our privacy policy as of the
date shown on this Notice. We reserve the right to amend our policy
from time to time, and will notify you of any significant changes.
