Oleta Shaw Chief Lending Officer Oleta has been in the mortgage and banking industry for sixteen years. She is a native Texan born and raised in Caldwell. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance. Prior to joining first Bank of Snook, she owned her own mortgage broker business. Before relocating back to the BCS area, Oleta was employed as president of a large mortgage company in Austin. Oleta has served on several committee's locally as well as in Austin. The desire to assist all individuals realize their home ownership dream, has made her a success in a challenging field.

Melanie Becka Mortgage Loan Officer Real Estate Lending Melanie began working at the First Bank of Snook in the Teller and New Accounts divisions over 6 years ago and joined the mortgage team in May of 2000. Melanie possesses an associate degree from Blinn College and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in Ag Business. Melanie has always been an advocate of efficiency and is delighted to be a part of the home ownership process. Melanie feels that customer service is the number one priority and strives to provide fast and quality service to each of our clients.
